This is an example of a longer consultation via Zoom. The student is from Dubai, where WhatsApp is banned, hence we used Zoom. From the offset, it was obvious that he was keen for a large scheme, and he had a lot to say. Therefore this consultation involved a lot of listening, and it was longer than most average consultations (10 minutes). It was worth spending that extra time with him, as he is going to book 40 hours. When I explained the course, I explained it in terms of VR as this was his weaker area, and also I tried to get lots of information from him to begin about his previous experiences and the specific sections he needed to focus on. Later on in the consultation I explained how the scheme worked (more generic part), but tried to break it up with questions to him to ensure it wasn't just me talking for 4 minutes straight.
